Sterling Manufacturing (“Sterling,” “we,” “us”) makes commercial steam cooking equipment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sterlingsteamers.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to the Site and to emails we send that link to it. It does not apply to websites run by dealers, online retailers, or other third parties that sell Sterling products.

When you request a quote, fill out a contact form, call or email us, sign up for email updates, or download a resource that asks for your details, we collect what you provide. This usually includes your name, company or organization, job title, email address, phone number, location, the products you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as responding to your inquiry and maintaining our business relationship, and for as long as the law requires. Analytics and advertising tools keep their data for the periods set by those services and by our settings.

Children
